Visa

If you have an American, Canadian, or Australian passport, you'll need to obtain an e-visa before traveling to Brazil.

We recommend applying 2-3 months before to allow for plenty of time for processing.

You can apply online through Brazil's official e-visa portal: https://brazil.vfsevisa.com

If you are traveling on a passport from another country, please check Brazil's entry requirements for your nationality, as visa requirements may vary.

Where to Stay

We recommend staying in one of the following areas:

  • Ipanema – Beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

  • Leblon – Upscale, safe, and walkable.

  • Copacabana – A classic Rio experience with plenty of hotel options.

  • Barra da Tijuca – Great for larger groups, Airbnbs, and newer accommodations.

Airbnb Options

Traveling with family or a group? An Airbnb can be a wonderful option, offering extra space, privacy, and the opportunity to experience Rio like a local. We recommend searching in Ipanema, Leblon, Copacabana, or Barra da Tijuca for the best combination of location and convenience.

Registry

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, we have created a registry to help us start our new life together. Thank you for your love and support!

Do I need a visa to travel to Brazil?

Some nationalities require a visa to enter Brazil. Please check the latest entry requirements based on your passport before making travel plans. For your convenience, we’ve included visa information and a link to the official Brazilian e-Visa website in the Travel section of our website.

Are children invited?

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding celebrations will be adults only. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy an unforgettable weekend with us. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to the intimate nature of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will appear with your RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding.

How will I get to the wedding?

To make your experience as seamless as possible, we will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the Wedding Day celebration from designated pick-up locations. Additional details, including pick-up times and locations, will be shared closer to the wedding.
